M&J Civil Construction completed a full site redevelopment for the 504 Golf facility, a modern golf and entertainment venue designed for practice, recreation, and social engagement. The project began with complete demolition and site restoration, followed by installation of utilities and drainage systems, base preparation for turf installation, and highly detailed concrete construction. The concrete scope included pile bases and caps engineered to support large structural poles for the facility’s netting system.
